HISTORY: The Millmerran Auto Club Inc. was formed in 1956.  Its first President was Mr Keith Erles with Secretary Dr Murray Marshall steered the Club through it early years with the club conducting gymkhanas, treasure hunts and in '57-'58 conducted hillclimbs on the famous Mt Domville hillclimb circuit, events which attracted many of Queensland's top competitors.  For some years the club became dominant but in the mid-seventies local enthusiasts got together and got the club up and running in 1975 with John Fraser as President and Howard Flynn as Secretary and a very enthusiast committee worked started on the Reserve Raceway and the first race meeting was held on 25 July 1976 from then on until the present time the Millmerran Auto club is still conducting top class motor sport at the circuit.

Over the years the club has conducted economy runs and other motor sporting events which include off road long and short course which included the "Overflow 100" at Chinchilla for seven year which was a round of the Queensland Long Course Championship plus the "Millmerran Classic" which is part of the Queensland series.  This event as always proved very successful over the years.  For the past four years the club has been involved with the Pittsworth Sprints which is run on the town industrial estate each year in September and is rated as one of the last street sprints in Queensland and attracts around 150 competitors and six thousand spectators each year.

TRACK HIRE: The Reserve Raceway which is on the outskirts of the township of Millmerran is available for hire and is suitable for Autocross, Khanacross, dirt sprints and off road and a number of other motor sports on this first class dirt circuit.  Contact Graeme Kelly (07) 4693 9119 a/h or mobile 0429 894 112.
