Morgan Park Raceway on the outskirts of Warwick is owned and operated by the Warwick District Sporting Car Club which is one of the oldest motor sporting car clubs in Queensland. It was formed on the 12 December 1954.  The club members have done an excellent job building the 2.2 kilometer circuit to the Confederation of Australian Motor Sporting safety specifications.

The new circuit which was opened in September 2002 is a pleasure to race on and from all reports it is well liked by all who have competed there.  The main 2.2 kilometre circuit is well designed and incorporates three small circuits which are ideal for club, multi-club sprints and short circuit events.

The main circuit is designed to accommodate anything up to State Championship races.  The circuit also caters for a large number of motor cycle events.  The facilities around the circuit include hot showers, toilets and a large number of garages with more being added.  There are several catering outlets around the area.  Spectators are well catered for with well placed spectator mounds where spectators can get a good view of the action. More facilities are being added which will make Morgan Park Raceway second to none in the country.  The circuit is for hirer for private practice, plus car and motor cycle events at very reasonable rates.  For further information contact the club President Bill Campbell (07) 4661 4414.
